Pemerintah Kota Bima melalui Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bima, Drs. H. Mukhtar, MH menanggapi salah seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang mengajukan cuti diluar ketentuan serta menyalahi aturan cuti PNS. Kamis, 04 Januari 2024.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Drs. H. Mukhtar, MH mengatakan PNS yang telah bekerja dalam kurun waktu tertentu akan diberikan hak untuk mengajukan cuti PNS. Kesempatan cuti yang diberikan dapat digunakan para pegawai untuk beristirahat atau menyelesaikan kepentingan PNS yang bersangkutan.
Aturan cuti PNS terbaru yang dikeluarkan oleh BKN tertuang dalam Peraturan BKN No.7 Tahun 2021 tentang perubahan atas Peraturan BKN No. 24 Tahun 2017 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Cuti Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
H. Mukhtar menambahkan, sebelum mengajukan cuti, PNS perlu mengetahui aturan cuti PNS sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Namun faktanya, masih saja terdapat ASN yang tidak mengerti aturan pengajuan cuti, apalagi cuti tanpa sepengetahuan atasan atau pimpinan lebih tinggi diatasnya.
Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sambungnya, baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) sebagai bagian dari pemerintah terikat oleh berbagai aturan yang mengikat. Karenanya, ASN dalam bertindak harus berhati-hati. Setiap tindakannya merupakan referensi bagi masyarakat dan diharapkan bisa menjadi panutan bagi masyarakat itu sendiri.
“Namun, masih saja ada ASN mengambil cuti tanpa persetujuan pimpinan, apalagi surat cuti ditandatangani sendiri. Ini menyalahi aturan,” ujarnya.
“Yang bersangkutan secepatnya akan kami panggil untuk dimintai keterangan,” jelasnya.
